- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- Preheat oven to 300°. In a large bowl, toss oats and walnuts with cinnamon. Whisk together oil and honey; toss with oat mixture.
- Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. pan, spreading evenly. Bake until golden brown, 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack; cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
